Duration of the International Warranty: Your Renaud Tixier watch is covered by a legal international warranty of two (2) years against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase, under the conditions outlined below. If your watch is returned within the warranty period, any component found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, as determined by our technical services, will be repaired or replaced, at Renaud Tixier's discretion, free of charge. After the warranty period expires, any service or repair will be at your expense.

Coverage: This warranty covers all manufacturing defects. The following are specifically excluded from the Renaud Tixier International Warranty:

Defects or damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or accidents;
Defects or damage caused by inappropriate use (impacts, dents, crushing of the case, glass, strap, etc.), unauthorized alterations, deteriorations, disassemblies, modifications, or repairs, as well as interventions or repairs carried out by anyone other than an authorized Renaud Tixier service center or authorized dealer, or by using components and accessories not recommended by Renaud Tixier.

Warranty Extension: To benefit from the Renaud Tixier warranty extension of three (3) additional years, please contact us via the QR code on your warranty card or at the following email address: info@dominiquerenaud.ch. This extension is reserved for Renaud Tixier customers who are the registered owners of their watch and its serial number.

Services:

Warranty Services: Renaud Tixier covers all manufacturing defects, including disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of defective components. These services are guaranteed for two (2) years without the warranty extension or five (5) years with the warranty extension and must be performed at authorized Renaud Tixier workshops.
Additional Services: Renaud Tixier offers comprehensive maintenance services in its workshops, including recommended full servicing every five (5) years, complete restoration, watch polishing, and other personalized services arranged in advance.

Authentication and Repairs: For authentication or repairs, it is recommended to contact authorized service centers or official boutiques. The authenticity of a watch can only be confirmed after examination in Renaud Tixier workshops, which are the only entities authorized to issue a Certificate of Authenticity.
